- 1 – 16 ounce can of garbanzo beans
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
Mix all of the ingredients in your blender or food processor. Mix everything until you get the consistency you want. Add some of the garbanzo bean juice from the can or add more water to make the mixture thinner. It it’s too thick, you will be breaking off your pita chips left and right.
